An ELE reader posted singing the praises of Broadbent bacon
I'm going to order some. We got a baconthon goin' on.
Anybody else have a bacon to rhapsodize over?
Has anyone else noticed that all pictures of bacon look the same?
Maybe there's one photo of bacon that all companies use.

Niman Ranch makes a tasty bacon. These deliciously thick and salty strips have been the downfall ( or saving grace?) of a few vegatarians i once knew.
It's meaty and thick cut - so not always the easiest to get crispy. But delicious and relatively humane :)

Grateful Palate (Dan Phillips) has the Bacon of the Month Club. Some incredible artisinal bacons. Something every bacon lover should subscribe to. It's like christmas every month.
