Scans from the 'Grand Theft Auto IV' Manual
The Liberty City Restaurant Guide
We managed to convince our intern Gordon Mark to step away from playing Grand Theft Auto IV and come to Serious Eats headquarters so we could scan the manual's bar and restaurant information. It includes Al Dente's in the Borough of Algonquin's Fish Market South: "Heavily processed food, deep-frozen in huge warehouses, just like mama never used to make."
And there's the Homebrew Cafe in Beechwood City, in the Borough of Broker (Brooklyn): "Assume the goat is goat, and don't ask where the beer comes from at this Jamaican bar, where they take the smoking ban about as seriously as they take the local police."
Full-size scans, after the jump.

The days before this game was out I was grilling steak, making twice baked potatoes and risotto. For the past two nights It's been Arby's 5 for 5 deal. I love this game. Something satisfying about going into a burger joint, getting your burger and shotgunning the chump behind the counter. Ahhhhhh..

What? Spam brand canned-meat products appear in GTA IV?!? Where? As soon as we find a can of Spam or "Cram" or whatever they call it in GTA, we'll slap it up here!
